As well as teaching both our recreational and competitive classes I am the camp manager for our Mitchell and Exeter studios.

I’m 20 years old and have been dancing for 16 years. Starting at the age of 4 I danced competitively at Dance Aarts Academy in Stratford until the age of 14 when I switched studios to ONE Movement in Cambridge where I danced competitively for 4 years and graduated at the age of 18. I’ve been working at West Perth Dance Club and South Huron Dance Club since August of 2022. I am experienced in jazz, RAD ballet, pointe, musical theatre, contemporary, lyrical, acro, hip hop, and gymnastics.
I taught and assisted dance classes during my whole time at ONE Movement as well as coached both recreational gymnastics and pre-competitive gymnastics at Woodstock Gymnastics Club for a year until March of 2020. I am a certified NCCP Gymnastics coach and have taken the gymnastics foundations introduction, gymnastics foundations theory, artistic gymnastics foundations, and trampoline gymnastics foundations courses.
I have taken all of my Royal Academy of Dance ballet exams from grade 1- Intermediate and studied up until the advanced 2 level. I love teaching kids new skills and helping them grow confidence and achieve their goals through dance and gymnastics.
Hey, my name is Drew. I danced competitively for 4 years. My favorite style of dance is Hip Hop. I love working with kids and seeing their skills progress and encouraging other boys that dance isn't just a feminine sport for girls.
Dance requires muscle, coordination, and skill and these are all great skills for every child to learn.

If I could say one thing to an athlete I would tell them that the most important part about classes here is that they enjoy themselves and have fun. The memories they make in this studio will stay with them forever whether it be with their friends or coaches.
I started dancing as a toddler and danced up until the pandemic and enjoyed every minute of it. I danced with West Perth Dance Club for years.
I love working with kids when I fill in for dance classes or supervise special events. I enjoy watching kids learn new things, whether it be in dance or art class. I love seeing their smiles every time they step foot into the studio!
Hello, I’m Keirsten Ryan and have been dancing for 2 years. I dance at the academy in Clinton in ballet and lyrical. I like these styles because they allow me to express myself.
Allowing young girls to express themselves through dance has been one of the best feelings about teaching. For young girls I teach I want them to know they can do anything.

I danced competitively for 12 years doing all styles such as tap, hip-hop, contemporary/lyrical, jazz, acro and ballet and then when my journey as a dancer came to an end I became a dance instructor at a studio in Clinton, ON. I truly enjoy teaching kids and watching them grow as dancer. My favourite styles of dance to teach is tap, hip-hop and contemporary. A couple interesting facts about me is at the age of 13 I joined my dance studio in Los Angelas, California and we danced Main Street at Disneyland and at the age of 15 I got to experience what is it like being a background dancer for The Next Step tv show. Something I would tell the kids is to never stop chasing for what you want, you can accomplish anything you put your mind too.

Hi! I’m Miss Sarah. I started dancing when I was 5 years old and have loved it ever since! I’ve done many different styles throughout my life, but I am strongest in acro (which is also my favourite). As I have danced most of my life right here in West Perth, I love being able to now work in the community and help others in creating a similar experience that I loved when I was younger!
I have been dancing since I was 6 years old. I was a competitive dance at OnStage for 7 years. My favourite style of dance is jazz but I also enjoy contemporary. This is my first year working at WPDC and SHDC and I can’t wait to help out with the classes. I am excited to help out with all the kids and see all their smiles when they dance.
